Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience with goal attainment.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Experience promoting and referring financial products and services.
• Comfort using digital technology to support business goals.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work with teammates and business partners across functions.
• Self-motivated, confident, and capable of multitasking.
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act pre-employment screening and obtain NMLS identifier; video interview after applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Get to know customers' personal financial goals and tailor solutions to help achieve them.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking tools (app and ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
