Job summary

Citizens Bank in Orleans, MA is seeking friendly, outgoing Citizens Bankers who build lasting relationships by providing trusted financial advice. You’ll help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs and introduce digital banking tools.

You’ll collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams to meet complex financial goals. The role emphasizes outgoing customer service, relationship building, and adherence to financial policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet and comply with SAFE Act requirements, including pre-employment screening and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.
• Video interview assessment after applying as the next step; 30–45 minutes self-guided assessment; be camera-ready.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and solutions to customers.
• Assist customers with banking, spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking tools.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
