Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a branch team in the United States. You will represent the Chase brand, deliver hospitable service, and help clients meet financial needs by recommending banking solutions and leveraging digital tools.

You will build and manage client relationships, conduct meetings in person and by phone, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
