Job summary

Chase is looking for a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, leveraging banking solutions and technology to help clients meet financial goals. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, tailoring product recommendations to their needs and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Role requires 1+ year sales in retail banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills to tailor features and benefits of products and services.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and provide solutions.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
