Qualifications

• GED or higher required and prior experience in banking preferred.
• 2–5 years experience as Universal Banker or Teller is desired.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to promote banking solutions (deposits, loans, lines of credit).
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs; guide loan options and open accounts.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals and refer to bank partners as appropriate.
• Proactively outreach to clients to offer tailored financial solutions and referrals.
