Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to understand financial priorities and promote banking solutions.
• Identify deposit and loan needs; open accounts; process loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals.
• Refer clients to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners.
• Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects for tailored solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, and product knowledge; support a high-performing culture.
• Support teller line to minimize customer wait times.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and internal controls; stay updated on policies.
