Weekly hours typically Monday–Friday. The position focuses on deposits, loans, referrals, and maintaining exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding deposit accounts and loan options.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' short- and long-term goals while leveraging the bank's product suite.
• Recognize opportunities to deepen relationships and refer to bank partners (mortgage, wealth, private client, business banking).
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, products and services to maintain a high-performing culture.
