Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in banking or sales.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, with emphasis on deposits, loans and referrals.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding clients through deposit and loan options.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' short- and long-term goals, leveraging bank products and services.
• Recognition of opportunities to deepen relationships and referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking.
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, and product knowledge to maintain a high-performing culture.
• Support teller line to minimize customer wait times during service.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge and stay current with offerings.
