Qualifications

• 3+ years experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months experience in Retail Banking sales or consultative relationship sales.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to the role.
• 12+ months customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with digital banking tools is a plus.
