Job summary

You will actively prospect, cross-sell, and engage clients to meet financial goals, manage risk, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience selling products in incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months experience in retail banking sales or consultative relationship sales with proven success in establishing new customers and deepening relationships.
• 12+ months Santander experience endorsed by district leadership.
• 12+ months customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Established relationship-building skills with focus on customer experience and loyalty.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Proven track record in sales and cross-selling products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication, consultative and influence skills both verbal and written.
• Professional image; proficient in using digital tools.
• Follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to identify and elevate risk concerns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities
