Job summary

Santander, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Relationship Banker in Jackson, NJ to build trusted customer relationships and tailor solutions across banking, lending, and investment products. You’ll cross-sell, educate customers on digital tools, and drive branch sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

You will engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via digital channels, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls while supporting growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment.
• Retail banking sales experience or consultative relationship sales in financial services.
• Proven track record building customer relationships and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross selling banking products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, lead calling, networking, and community engagement.
• Meet the financial needs of customers including transactional, servicing and product needs.
• Deliver personalized, seamless, and attentive service to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
• Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branches based on business necessity.
