Regions Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker – Team Lead in Paris, TN to lead a team of bankers, coach staff, and manage branch activities. The role focuses on meeting customers’ financial needs and driving growth while ensuring strong customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.

Responsibilities

• Guides and directs all branch activities with the Branch Manager.
• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Fosters financial wellness through community partnerships and leadership.
