Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation seeks a Relationship Banker – Team Lead in Houma, LA. The role combines customer meetings, proactive financial guidance, and coaching a team of bankers. You’ll oversee branch activities and work with leadership to drive growth and exemplary service.

You will build relationships, lead team initiatives, and promote Regions’ loan, deposit, and digital solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct all branch activities with the Branch Manager.
• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and recommending Regions solutions.
• Make outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Develop new business opportunities and promote financial wellness in the community.
• Coach junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and customer need identification.
• Educate customers on Regions consumer and business products and services.
• Promote digital banking products and online/mobile solutions.
• Ensure smooth customer experiences and manage transaction flow.
• Oversee branch operations and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist in hiring decisions and escalated issue resolution as needed.
• Refer customers to internal experts for additional goals and needs.
