Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guides and directs all branch activities with Branch Manager.
• Achieves branch targets through proactive customer needs assessment and guidance on Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Partners with branch leadership on new business opportunities and community programs.
• Provides coaching to junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Informs customers about digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM) to simplify banking.
• Ensures a consistent optimal customer experience and oversees branch operations and compliance.
• Resolves escalated issues in Branch Manager’s absence, participates in hiring decisions.
