Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation seeks a Relationship Banker – Team Lead in Paris, TN. This role coaches a banking team, drives branch targets, and expands customer relationships with expert guidance on Regions’ solutions.

You’ll oversee some branch activities, ensure compliance, and promote digital banking innovation while delivering personalized service and growing the customer base. Overtime eligibility and NMLS registration are noted; a strong emphasis on leadership and community engagement is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Preferred supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct branch activities with the Branch Manager.
• Achieve branch targets by identifying needs and offering Regions’ solutions.
• Make outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Develop business opportunities and promote financial wellness in the community.
• Coach junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and needs insight.
• Educate customers on Regions’ loan and deposit products and services.
