Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with the ability to explain features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while complying with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust; listen and ask questions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet needs anytime.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
