Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent Chase in a branch, delivering exceptional client service and leveraging banking solutions to meet financial needs. You will build and manage relationships, educate clients on digital tools, and collaborate with specialists on complex financial needs.

The role requires branch availability including weekends and some evenings, with a focus on compliant and customer-centric service across the branch team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Pass relevant regulatory requirements including training.
• High school degree or equivalent. SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses required; unlicensed hires must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients to use Chase technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and refer to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
