Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• High school degree or equivalent; licensing required within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build relationships.
• Educate and connect clients to Chase digital tools and solutions.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking needs and coordinate with experts.
