The role emphasizes sales within a branch setting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with product specialists to address a variety of financial needs. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and care.
• Meet risk/compliance obligations and complete required training.
• SIE exam, Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses, or progress toward them.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly; consult with experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
