Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; all unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations – deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to our team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
