Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional service, identify sales opportunities, and handle account transactions. The role focuses on onboarding new Retail customers, promoting bank products, and building relationships with clients.

The CSA will operate with a strong emphasis on customer needs, refer customers to appropriate partners, and support daily branch operations while maintaining security and accuracy in transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Personally models the standards of the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote Bank products and services.
• Open new deposit accounts and process transactions.
• Build relationships with customers and refer to business partners as needed.
• Conduct outbound calls for onboarding, prospecting, and product promotion.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and cash handling procedures.
