Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service, identify sales opportunities, and support both CSR and sales platforms.

The role includes opening new deposit accounts, promoting banking products, and building Retail banking relationships in the Riverdale Park area. The CSA will spend time on outbound onboarding calls, prospect new Retail customers, and refer opportunities to internal partners, while upholding bank policies and security measures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months of banking experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales, and Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer following balancing procedures.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products and services to customers.
• Engage customers to assess financial needs and make referrals to partners as appropriate.
• Conduct outbound calls for onboarding, prospecting Retail customers, and promoting banking relationships.
