U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build client relationships through face-to-face service, assess banking needs, and educate customers on deposit and loan options.

You will open accounts, process transactions, and guide clients toward digital self-service tools while delivering an exceptional client experience. Role requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration and compliance with related regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Ability to build relationships and proactively engage clients.
• Thorough knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• NMLS registration requirements must be maintained.

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Provides a consistent, optimal client experience and processes basic transactions.
• Develops partnerships with branch team and partners to serve clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies.
• Uses available resources to optimize the client experience with accuracy.
