Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring for a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships by meeting customers in-branch and at locations where they need financial guidance.

The role includes assessing banking needs, educating on products, and processing account information, as well as originating and closing consumer loans and opening/closing accounts. The position requires an NMLS registration, a high school diploma, and 4–5+ years of retail banking experience.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, and ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four to five or more years of job related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Meet face to face with customers to build trust and provide financial guidance.
• Assess customers' banking needs, obtain and process information, and educate on deposit/loan products.
• Originating and closing consumer loans and handling opening/closing of accounts.
