Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships by meeting customers face to face and providing trusted financial counsel. You will assess customer needs, educate on deposit and loan products, and process customer information to open accounts and complete loans.

The role requires NMLS registration, a high school diploma, and 4–5+ years in retail banking or equivalent training, with a focus on excellent service and digital tool adoption.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Reg Z, plus compliant recordkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four to five+ years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to provide best possible counsel.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs; obtain and process customer and account information.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services; recommend financial solutions.
• originate and close consumer loans; open and close accounts and branches as needed.
