U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who builds client relationships by meeting face to face, assessing banking needs, opening accounts, and guiding customers to suitable deposit and loan products. You will also originate and close consumer loans and educate clients on digital and self-service options.

Role requires NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Reg Z, plus background and credit checks. The successful candidate will collaborate with branch teams to deliver an exceptional client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Proactively educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies.
• Originates and closes consumer loans and recommends financial solutions based on client needs.
• Adheres to NMLS registration requirements and completes background/credit checks.
