U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build client relationships by meeting face to face and providing trusted financial guidance at a branch location. You’ll open accounts, process loans and credit applications, educate clients on digital banking tools, and collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience in a branch setting.

National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration is required; background and credit checks apply. You will work at a U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
