Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and manage client relationships by meeting face to face, assessing banking needs, and educating clients on deposit and loan products. You will originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and support branch operations with a focus on delivering a digital-first client experience.

You will engage clients, promote solutions, and partner with branch staff to provide excellent service and drive sales in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings.
