The role involves assessing customer needs, processing information, and offering deposits, loans, and digital solutions to help clients reach their goals. The position requires NMLS registration, a high school diploma or equivalent, and several years of retail banking experience.

Formación

• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, ongoing compliance with registration requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4–5+ years of retail banking experience or equivalent training

Responsabilidades

• Meet with customers face to face to provide banking counsel and build trust
• Assess and fulfill customers' banking needs including deposits, loans, and account services
• Originate and close consumer loans and handle opening/closing of accounts
