Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for clients based on their needs by engaging with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products.
• Provides an optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and handles service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options.
