Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who builds strong client relationships through in-person and digital channels, identifying financial needs and offering appropriate deposit and loan products. The role involves engaging customers, opening accounts, processing service requests, and educating clients on digital self-service options.

You will work with branch teams to deliver excellent service, support sales campaigns, and ensure compliance with NMLS requirements and policy procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions based on goals and needs.
• Open new accounts and process service requests; submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial needs.
