Qualifications

• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and cash transactions.

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships with customers and prospects.
• Educates customers on Regions consumer and business products, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital banking solutions to simplify banking.
• Provides a consistent customer experience and resolves issues.
• Refers complex goals to internal experts and adheres to bank procedures and laws.
