Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions' solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience and processes transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Directs customers to internal experts for complex goals.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations, including risk management.
