Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through referrals and outreach.
• Explain complex solutions clearly to customers.
• Deliver a warm, personalized Woodforest Experience in every interaction.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy.
• Balance cash and perform teller transactions while ensuring compliance.
