Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through referrals and marketing outreach.
• Resolve inquiries at first contact with internal partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate transactions, account openings, and regulatory compliance.
