Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banker to serve customers and grow relationships in a fast-paced retail environment. You will identify financial needs, promote banking solutions, and deliver Woodforest’s distinctive service experience in every interaction.

The role emphasizes ownership of customer outcomes, adherence to policies, and the ability to leverage digital tools to enhance the Woodforest experience. A minimum of 2 years in retail sales or customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs
