Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker in Roanoke Rapids, NC to serve as a frontline ambassador delivering the Woodforest Experience. You will focus on building and growing retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing of banking solutions.

You will engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand financial needs, explain retail banking products simply, and support digital tools while maintaining accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced branch

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through referrals and outreach.
• Handle inquiries with timely resolution.
