Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsibilities

• Ownership: Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
