• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

• Deliver Woodforest Experience through warm, personalized interactions with every customer.
• Engage customers to understand financial needs and explain products, services, and digital tools clearly.
• Provide dependable, professional service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support digital banking tools and platforms to enhance the customer experience.
• Build relationships with customers, retail partners, and the community as a trusted neighborhood bank.
• Participate in local retail marketing efforts to drive branch traffic and deepen relationships.
