Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Proficient with computers; typing and monitoring screens.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Make outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educate customers on Regions Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience, greeting customers and processing transactions as needed.
• Own and resolve customer issues and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Follow bank processes and regulations, supporting sound banking practices and risk reporting.
