Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line with deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and fulfill servicing requests such as cards, PIN resets, and check reorders.
• Develop relationships by staying informed about customer banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Support branch teammates and assist with problem resolution.
• Outbound calls to educate customers on technology and meet financial needs.
• Refer customers to specialists for more complex goals.
• Follow bank processes, manage operational risks, and support branch targets.
