Job summary

This position targets building new relationships, guiding clients on loans and deposits, and leveraging digital tools to improve the banking experience while maintaining high service standards and compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing guidance about Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound phone calls using generated customer and prospect lists to expand relationships.
• Educates and advises customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on mobile, online, and ATM offerings to make banking easier.
• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience, greeting customers and processing transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to internal experts.
• Follows bank processes, adheres to laws, and helps manage operational risks.
