• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand customer relationships and attract new business.
• Educates customers on Regions’ consumer and business products and services.
• Informs customers about digital banking tools and security features.
• Greets customers, assists with transactions, and ensures a positive experience.
• Owns issues and refers complex goals to internal experts as needed.
