Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets and building customer relationships.

• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Comfort with using digital banking tools and basic computer tasks.
• Wamiliarity with banking products and services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and recommending Regions solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Informs customers about digital banking options such as mobile and online services.
• Ensures a high-quality customer experience by greeting customers and processing transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex cases to specialists.
• Follows bank procedures and manages operational risk with the Branch Manager.
