Regions Bank in Memphis, Tennessee seeks a Relationship Banker II to meet customers in person and by phone, assess financial needs, and guide them to Regions products and services to reach financial goals.

Ideal candidates have retail or sales experience, strong communication skills, and teamwork orientation. The role includes driving branch targets, outbound calls, and exposure to digital banking solutions with overtime eligibility.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer frequently and monitor a screen.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

• Achieves branch targets and guides customers to Regions’ solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ consumer and business products and services, including loans and deposits.
