Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Excellent communication in person, on the phone, and digitally.
• Able to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new ones.
• Educates customers on Regions’ consumer and business products including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital banking offerings such as mobile and online tools.
• Provides a consistent customer experience and processes transactions.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refers customers to internal experts for complex goals.
• Follows bank processes and regulatory requirements and manages operational risk.
