Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and via electronic channels.
• Proficient computer use, typing and sustained monitor attention.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Life Insurance License preferred.
• One year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ consumer and business products, including loans and deposits.
• Advises customers on digital banking features (mobile, online, ATM).
• Delivers a consistent customer experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refers complex goals to internal experts when needed.
• Adheres to bank processes and regulatory requirements and manages operational risks.
