• Achieves branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing guidance about Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound phone calls using lead lists to expand relationships and acquire new ones.
• Educates and advises customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Delivers a consistent, optimal customer experience, greeting customers and processing transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals and needs.
• Follows bank processes and regulations, assisting with managing operational risks.
