Regions Bank is hiring a Relationship Banker II to meet with customers and prospects, assess financial needs, and offer appropriate products and guidance to help reach financial goals. The role emphasizes customer-focused service in a results-driven environment with growth opportunities.

The position requires strong communication, the ability to work with teams, and proficiency with cash handling and digital banking tools.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Life Insurance License preferred.
• One year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound phone calls using generated lead lists to expand relationships.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit types.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Delivers a consistent optimal customer experience by greeting customers and processing transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refers customers to internal experts for complex goals and needs.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations, including risk management.
