Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and screen attention.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions' solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Educates on digital solutions like mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Provides a consistent customer experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Follows bank processes and manages operational risks.
